What was the highlight of Arha Reserva del Saja
Superb setting but hotel a little shabby.
The bed was very comfy, plenty of hot water for showering/bathing. Big bath towels. Restaurant food was good, waiter couldn't do enough for us. Receptionist very friendly. Wonderful location. Can't comment on spa facilities, didn't use.
Room was shabby, one of the two rooms had a rooflight window, not really acceptable as very claustrophobic and hot at night. Floor covering dangerous, lifting at corners. In need of refurbishment.

Half of the facilities of the spa did not work (were out of order), including the Roman thermal room and showers There were no massages to offer (the hotel had the facilities but not the staff) The WiFi password was not written in the room, but only in the lobby

Very Poor
The Hotel was terrebly dirty actually we left the hotel after the first night having booked 3 nights. Just before you enter the hotel you could sence a terrible sweet smell, once you enter the hotel it was obious that they had not clean the hotel for several days! The bathroom cistern was broken, the breakfast included was dirty and terrible!! Worst hotel experince I ever had!
